ເນື່ອຯໃນວັນຄົບຮອບ 34 ປີ ຂອຯການເຊັນສັນຍາມິຕພາບ ແບບພິເສດ ລາວແລະວຽດນາມ ຄັ້ຯວັນທີ 18 ກໍຣະກົດ (07 ) 1977 ຣະຫວ່າຯ ສະຫາຍ ຟາມ ວັນດົຯ ແລະ ສະຫາຍ ໄກສອນ ພົມວິຫານ ເພື່ອມອບ ປະເທດຊາດ ແລະ ອຳນາດ ທຸກໆດ້ານຂອຯລາວ ໃຫ້ວຽດນາມຄອບຄອຯ ເພື່ອຕອບບຸນແທນຄຸນທີ່ວຽດນາມໄດ້ມາຍຶດອຳນາດໃຫ້ ພວກລາວແດງ ເມື່ອວັນທີ 02 ທັນວາ (12) 1975 , ນັບແຕ່ມື້ນັ້ນມາ ປະເທດຊາດອັນແສນຮັກຂອຯລາວເຮົາ ໄດ້ປົກຄອຯແບບຜະເດັດການ ໂດຍມີ ພັກການເມືອຯພັກດຽວ ຈຶ່ງໄດ້ເຮັດໃຫ້ປະຊາຊົນຕົກທຸກ ໄດ້ຍາກ ຂາດສິດເສຣີພາບ , ປະເທດຊາດລ້າຫລັຯ ໄດ້ຕົກຢູ່ໃນຈຳນວນ ປະເທດດ້ຽພັທນາ ແລະ ທຸກຍາກທີ່ສຸດໃນໂລກ. The 34th Anniversary of the Special Treaty Lao-Viêtnam (18.07.77 – 18.07.11)
On the occasion of the 34th Anniversary of the special Treaty of amity and cooperation Lao-Vietnam , signed in Vientiane on July 18 1977, formalizes the occupation , the colonization and the dependence of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Laos) for the benefit of the communist « Vietnam brother » by reason of blood debs contracted by the communist leaders « Pathet Lao » in respect of the Vietnamese communist Party which has assisted them to take over the powers they are holding at present. Since the establishment of dictatorial in Laos, where the single Party has the rights of life and death on the population, where the Laotian people have become deaf and dumb and blind « without rights, without words and without hopes ». On the occasion of the 33rd Anniversary of the Special Treaty Laos-Vietnam (18.07.77 – 18.07.10)
On the occasion of the 33rd Anniversary of the special Treaty of amity and cooperation LAOS-VIETNAM , signed in Vientiane on 18 July 1977, officiating the occupation , the colonization and the independence of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Laos) for the benefit of the communist « Vietnam brother » by reason of blood debs contracted by the communist leaders « Pathet Lao » in respect of the Vietnamese communist Party which has assisted them to take over the powers they are holding at present. Since the establishment of dictatorial in Laos, where the single Party has the rights of life and death on the population, where the Laotian people have become deaf and dumb and blind « without rights, without words and without hopes ». On the occasion and on behalf of the Lao National Council for Democracy, we protest strongly against the construction of the statue of HO CHI MINH on the Lao territory; sovereignty and independence of Laos are sacred for the Lao people.
À l’occasion du 33ème Anniversaire du Traité Spécial Viêtnam-Laos 1977-2010.
A l’occasion du 33ème Anniversaire du Traité spécial d’amitié et de coopération Viêtnam-Laos signé le 18 Juillet 1977 à Vientiane, qui officialise l’occupation , la colonisation et la dépendance du Laos au profit du « VIETNAM FRERE » en raison des dettes de sang contractées par les dirigeants communistes laotiens envers le Parti communiste vietnamien qui les a aidés à prendre les pouvoirs qu’ils détiennent actuellement. Depuis l’instauration du régime dictatorial au Laos, le peuple lao est devenu un peuple« sans droits, sans voix et sans espoirs ».
MEMORANDUM
Le Conseil National Lao pour la Démocratie, mouvement composé des forces démocratiques et des représentants de l’opposition au régime dictatorial, représente les patriotes laotiens en lutte pour la liberté, la démocratie et les droits de l’homme. Au nom du Conseil nous avons l’honneur de porter à la connaissance aux gouvernements, aux organisations internationales, aux personnalités politiques, aux femmes et aux hommes de bonne volonté, épris de liberté, de paix et de justice, la situation politique du Laos.
